Competition Management Support

AC manage Administration (0h max.)

Providing of support and support material to create the competition calendar, schedule, starting order and judges panels.

Online Support for LOC and Coaches (0h max.)

Help the coaches, judges and LOC with questions/problems regarding the application. Help the LOC to adapt starting orders (until 3 days before the competition).

Off-site (remote support)

Remote support during the competition days at the rate of 150â‚¬/day.

Competition Offsite and Onsite Support

Onsite Support

We can foresee a senior profile on site. The costs of hotel, flight and meals are paid by the organization.

During Competition and setup days (max 10h)

Onsite support at the rate of 350 â‚¬/day per person.

Travel days

Travelling and/or relocation days at the rate of 160 â‚¬/day per person.

During XL Competition days (more than 10h)

Onsite support during bigger competition days at the rate of 500 â‚¬/day per person.
