Before creating the judges panels, make sure that you have read and met all the requirements presented in the "Introduction" chapter, especially in the "Administration Information and Requirements" subchapter.
In the sidebar, with your competition selected, click "Administration".
If you don't see this in the sidebar, it might be because you're not a manager for this competition.

To be able to see the panels, make sure to first create all the sessions.

The number of panels displayed on this page is configured in the "General" tab.
Changes made to the panels in the "General" tab will automatically be applied on this table.
Learn here how to change the amount of panels.
If the "adapt all session-panels simultaneously" option is selected, any changes made to the number of judges for a particular role will be applied to all sessions/panels simultaneously.
Alternatively, you can change the numbers individually by unchecking this option.
After adding all the information on this tab, click on the "save" button on the right side of the page.

If you're using membership registrations, importing registrations will automatically fill this table with the imported judges information.

To create a new table row, click the "+" button on the right side of the page.

Fill in the details for the judge you want to add.
The fields "sessions", "hours", "EJ", "AJ", "RJ" are filled automatically, so you cannot add information to them.
The information will appear once the judges are assigned to the panels.
It will give an overview of the number of sessions the judges are assigned to, the number of hours spent judging, and the number of times judging on each role.
If you already know that a judge won't be available to judge a specific session, you can exclude them from that session.
This can help avoid future errors when creating the panels since the judges won't be selectable for those sessions.
To do this, click on the "Excluded Sessions" field and choose the sessions from which the judge won't participate.
After adding all the information on this tab, click on the "save" button on the right side of the page.
Inside the Judges tab, you are able to format the judges names.
To do that, click the format button.

And select the format you want for the names, and click "ok".

The normal format will transform all the names to have the first letter in uppercase.
The official format will make the first letter of the first name in uppercase and all the letters of the last name in uppercase.
The official club format will replace the club name with the country name in uppercase letters. If no country is assigned, the club name will remain unchanged.
