Before creating the competition calendar or the starting order, make sure that you have read and met all the requirements presented in the Introduction chapter, especially in the "Administration Information and Requirements" subchapter.
Also, be sure to complete all the necessary information in the chapter Setup Competition Information.
In the sidebar, with your competition selected, click Administration.
If you don't see this in the sidebar, it might be because you're not a manager for this competition.
Learn here how to become a manager of an organization.

Before creating the calendar, make sure to first add and configure all the competition information.
Learn here how to do that.

Below the tabs, you can find the different competition days and panels.
If your competition has multiple floors, you'll also see them listed there.

When the competition is first created, the competition days should already be correctly selected.
To double check that the days are the correct ones, click on the "parameters" button.

On the "Competition Days" calendar you can see the selected days in blue.

You can navigate through the calendar months by using the right and left arrows.
By clicking on the days, you will be able to select/deselect the days displayed in the calendar.
The generic and exercise blocks that can be added to calendar can be found on the left side of the page.

The exercise blocks you find at the bottom of the page represent groups of exercises with the same type, level, category and competition phase.
The blocks displayed here are a result of a filter.

To add a block to the calendar, drag the blocks from the left side of the page and drop them onto the calendar.
Once you drop the block onto the calendar, a dialog will pop up.

In this dialog, you can adjust the start time of the block.
The end time of the block will be calculated automatically based on the block's duration.
If you're placing a block below an existing one, you can select the "snap to the end of the previous block" option to make the new block start immediately after the previous one.
Repeat this process for all the blocks until they are all added to the calendar.
To move a block, simply drag and drop it into a different place.
If you want to move multiple blocks simultaneously, activate the "Move Blocks" button on the left side of the page.
While this button is enabled, all the blocks in the calendar will be displayed in gray.

Then, select the blocks you want to move.
The selected blocks will be displayed in blue.

On the left side of the page, click on the "Move" button.
A dialog will pop up.

Select the new starting time for the selected blocks and click on the "Move" button.
Keep in mind that if the blocks don't start all at the same time, you'll only change the start time of the block that starts first.
The time difference between the blocks will stay the same as before.
To assign a session to one or multiple blocks, click the "Assign to session" button on the left side of the page.
Click on the blocks you want to add to the same session.
The selected blocks will be displayed in blue.

Once you have all the blocks selected, click on the "Assign" button on the left side of the page.
A dialog will pop up.

Select the session you want to assign to the blocks, then, click "ok".
After adding all the information on this tab, click on the "save" button on the right side of the page.
Before creating the Starting Order, make sure to first create the competition calendar.
Learn how to create the calendar, on the "Calendar" subchapter above.

Below the administration tabs, you can find all the competition days.
If your competition has more than one floor, each competition day will be divided into the number of floors.

Each competition day will display the exercise blocks that were added to the calendar.
To assign partnerships to the sessions, place your mouse cursor on top of the line with the text "no partnership".
The "Partnership" button will appear at the end of the line.
Click on the "Partnership" button.

A dialog will pop up

You can choose a partnership from the dropdown.
Once selected, the empty line will be filled with the chosen partnership's information.
The dialog will remain open, and it will automatically select the next empty line in the starting order.
Repeat this process for all empty lines until all partnerships are assigned.
Alternatively, you can drag and drop the partnerships onto the starting order.
In the lower-left corner of the page, place you mouse over the "folder" button.

A card will open with all the partnerships that still need to be assigned to the starting order.

Drag and drop each partnership to an empty line in the starting order and repeat this process until all partnerships are assigned.
To see the different controls for the starting order, place your mouse cursor over a partnership/exercise.

You can only access this screen if your competition is using the Acro Companion scoring system.
The ABS, DSQ, and DQB buttons allow you to manage a partnership's competition status directly from the starting order.
For information about each status, when to use it, and how to re-enable a partnership, see the Managing Non-Competing Partnerships chapter.
