Before setting up the competition information, make sure that you have read and met all the requirements presented in the "Introduction" chapter, especially in the "Administration Information and Requirements" section.
In the sidebar, with your competition selected, click "Administration".
If you don't see this in the sidebar, it might be because you're not a manager for this competition.
Learn here how to become a manager of an organization.

On the "Competition Levels" dropdown, you can choose the levels for your competition.
A level cannot be removed from the competition if there are partnerships/gymnasts created for that level.

Here you can also add the possibility of having gymnasts perform individually by selecting the option "Add individual 'Blocks' routines to competition".

Here you can add or edit competition phases.
By default you will have Qualifications and Finals already created.
You can remove or edit these to better align with your competition, or you can add new competition phases by clicking the "+".

Each competition phase can have either the "Qualification" or "Finals" type.
This competition phase type will be used during scoring to make sure the correct tie-breaks are applied.
Additionally you can also restrict a competition phase to certain levels in the 'Allowed levels' column.
The general competition flow can be defined by selecting the 'next competition phases' for each competition phase.
These are the competition phases for which the participants will be defined by qualification in this competition phase.
You can also configure the number of floors and panels your competition will have, using the "Floors and Panels" table.

Click the "+" button to add another floor.

Fill in the new row with the required information.
Repeat the process for all the new floors you want to add.
In the Acro Companion application, participation numbers can be assigned to the partnerships either manually or automatically.
By default this option is set to automatically assign the numbers.

Fill in the "start number" for each level.
Once a partnership is created for a specific level, the start number for that level cannot be changed.
We recommend setting a safe gap between each level that you're sure won't be exceeded.
The "current number" will be automatically updated when you add/remove or import partnerships to your competition.
After adding all the information on this tab, click on the "save" button on the right side of the page.

Here, you will find a table with all your competition levels.
You can divide the levels in the table into two or more sublevels.
Click on the level row you want to split into sublevels.
Click on the "split level" button on the right side of the page.

Select the amount of sublevels you want in the dialog.

The level will appear divided in sublevels, named from A to Z.

Repeat this process for all levels you want to split into sublevels.
If you want to remove all the sublevels from a level, select one of the rows with sublevels.
Click on the "merge sublevels" button on the right side of the page.

This will merge all the sublevels and the partnership amount values into just one level.
You can choose to add the "partnership amount" values manually or automatically.
To update it automatically, you must first have added all the partnerships on the "gymnast/partnerships" tab.
Learn here how to create your partnerships.
With all the partnerships created, click on the "update partnerships amount" button.

The application will verify in real-time if the partnership amount information matches the number of partnerships added on the "gymnasts/partnerships" tab.
If the numbers match, they will be displayed in green to indicate that everything is correct.
If there are issues, they will be displayed in yellow or red.
For additional information about those issues, place your mouse cursor on top of the error and a description will appear.
In addition to setting the times for balance, dynamic, and combined exercises, you'll need to specify other timing parameters like:
Extra time: time between exercises from different panels.
Back-to-back time: time between exercises from the same panel.
The "Blocks description" is filled automatically, so you cannot add information to it.
The information will appear once the blocks are assigned to the calendar.
Learn here how to assign blocks to the calendar.
After adding all the information on this tab, click on the "save" button on the right side of the page.
Before creating the sessions, make sure to first define the competition phases.
Learn how to define your competition phases, on the "General Information" section on this page.

To add a new session, click the "+" button on the right side of the page.

Additionally, if your competition uses multiple floors, you can also restrict sessions to certain floor in the 'Allowed Floors' column.
