Buying sheets

You can get sheets from Acro Companion in multiple ways:

  1. Just by creating an account and logging in.
  2. If you belong to a club that is using Acro Companion.
  3. By buying sheets yourself.
  4. If you are taking part in a competition using Acro Companion.
  5. If you belong to a federation that is using Acro Companion.

1. Creating an account and logging in

Just by creating an account and logging in, you will get 1 sheet for free valid for a week.

You can use this sheet to make any kind of exercise you want for the FIG levels.

However, you will not be able to save, print or check Special requirements for these sheets.

2. Buying sheets as a club

Learn here how to buy Acro sheet rights as a club.

3. Buying sheets yourself

You can buy sheets online personally by going to the Create new sheet dialog and clicking the 'Buy extra sheets' button.

The national programs will NOT be accessible via personal bought sheets.

To access the national program of your country, buy sheets as a club (see above).

Only here you can buy sheets which also have access to your national program.

If you do not see this tab, please contact the person managing your club in Acro Companion to do this for you.

Price when buying personally

a. The base price for each purchase is 2.20 euro.

b. The cost of one sheet is 4.45 euro (there's a 5 sheet minimum).

c. So the minimum cost of a purchase will be: 2.20 + (4.45 * 5) = 24.45 euro.

Depending on your country of residence and if you have a VAT number, VAT charges may apply.

d. You will be able to freely change the elements of the sheet more than one year after you have bought it.

e. An invoice will be generated and downloaded. You will also be able to find the invoice again later in your personal profile. You will also receive an email confirmation.

f . After your purchase, the sheets will be available instantly for the logged in user in the "selected rights" dropdown in the "Create new sheet" dialog.

g. If you want to share the sheets bought this way with other people, you will have to create a shared email account and use that email account to buy the sheets.

4. Taking part in a competition using Acro Companion

If you participate in a competition that is using Acro Companion, the competition will inform you about this in the directives or by mail.

They will ask you for an email address, to be able to assign the needed sheets to you via this email address.

You will be notified once the sheets have been assigned.

At that moment, the sheets will be available in the "Create new sheet" dialog.

5. Buying sheets as a federation or competition

As a federation you can buy tariff sheets for your clubs, coaches, national teams.

For a price offer, please contact us by mail via support@acro-companion.com

If the federation you belong to has bought sheets from Acro Companion, the federation will assign some of these sheets to their clubs. Once your club has been passed sheets by the federation, your club in their turn can pass sheets to you.

If your federation has not bought sheets: we advise you to spam them with emails until they do ;-)

6. How much does a sheet cost?

We have 2 different types of costs:

  1. Buying as an organisation.
  2. Buying as an individual.

7. How long does a sheet stay valid?

Each time you buy something, what you actually buy is rights to create new sheets.

These rights will stay valid:

  1. For competitions: until 1 week after the competition.

  2. Sheet rights bought by federations and/or clubs: 10 years.

  3. Personally bought sheet rights: 10 years.

And what for a created sheet?

Once a sheet is created it will stay changeable for exactly 1 year.

During this one year, you can change the elements on the sheet for an unlimited amount of times.

After that one year, you will still be able to view the sheet, but you will not be able to change and/or print it.
