1. How to make a composed or transitional pyramid:

After you saved your first pyramid, you click on the next container and on the first tab, at the top of the page, you activate the slider (see image below).

The application will decide by itself if the motion of the pyramid is a composed or a transitional pyramid.

2. Use of "OR"

We developed the use of "OR" ONLY for dynamic elements. The "OR" can also be used in a dynamic and a combined exercise.

It is not allowed to use an "OR" in balance elements.

REMARK! Be aware that when checking SR, the application will only check the SR on the first element of an "OR"!
