Navigate Acro Companion

1. Introduction

On this page we explain how to navigate through the application before and after registering/signing in.
Details of how to register/sign in can be found in the chapter "registering".

2. Menu Bar Navigation

Before registering (or signing in) in the application, all the navigation will take place in the top menu-bar:

Simply click on the menu options and you'll be redirected to the respective page of the selection.
When clicking "solutions", it will open a list with all the solution we provide. Just select a solution to visit its page.

3. Sidebar Navigation

Once you've registered (or signed in) in the application, the top menu bar will disappear and give place to a sidebar.
To open the sidebar click on the top left-corner button:

On the sidebar you'll be able to navigate between the "Personal Space" and "Organization Administration" tabs:

3.1 Personal Space

On the "Personal Space" tab you can find the following sections:

1. Gymnast Info - See your Gymnasts' past results and progression over time;
2. Tariff Sheets - Manage your Acro Tariff Sheets;
3. Competition - Follow and keep updated about the ongoing AC competitions;
4. Solutions - Discover all the solutions Acro Companion has to offer;
5. Web App - Install the application on your device to quickly access it;
6. Contact - Send us your questions;

3.2 Organization Administration

On the "Organization Administration" tab you can find the following options:

7. Summary - See your organization's information;
8. Configuration - Edit your organization's information;
9. Managers - Manage your organization's managers and their access;
10. Clubs & Competitions - Manage the sub-organizations' tariff sheets;
11. Members - Manage your club members;
12. Import/Export - Import and export information;
13. Available Sheets - See the number of available tariff sheets that your club has;
14. Coaches' Sheets - Manage your coaches' tariff sheets;

3.3 Can't see any organizations?

If you're in the organizations tab and you can't see any organizations, that could mean:

1. Your club is not using Acro Companion yet
   • To add your club, please contact us by email via support@acro-companion.com.

2. If your club is already using Acro Companion, then you need to be added as a club manager
   • Ask a club manager to add you to the list of managers and give them the email you used (or will use) to register in Acro Companion.

4. Ongoing Competitions Navigation

If you're not logged in, click the "Ongoing Competitions" icon on the right side of the top bar.

If you're logged in, click the "Ongoing Competitions" button on the sidebar.

The list of competitions will appear.
This list displays ongoing competitions at the top, and competitions scheduled to start in the upcoming days below.

To select a competition, click on its respective row.

On the left sidebar you can find the different pages of information available to the selected competition.

To return to the list of ongoing competitions, simply click on the selected competition name displayed in orange.
