1. Name of the club

2. Federation you’re affiliated with

3. Country

4. Full club address (including postal code, city, etc.)

5. Name and email of the person who will manage the club in Acro Companion

6. Disciplines your club is involved in

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the appropriate person based on the country you selected. If no specific contact is assigned for your country, our support team will handle it.
