How to Import and Export

This page explains the general process of importing and exporting data in Acro Companion.
The import/export interface works the same way across all areas of the application.

1. Opening the Import/Export Interface

Navigate to the relevant section of the application (e.g. Competition Administration, Organisation Information, Membership, etc.) and click on the Import/Export tab.

Not sure where to find a specific import or export? See Available Imports & Exports.

2. Importing Information

  1. Select the Import option.
  2. Choose the type of information you want to import from the dropdown list.
  3. Configure the number of rows you want to use.

You can manually enter information or copy it from an existing spreadsheet.
Make sure the information is pasted into the correct columns.

Once the information is added, click Validate.

Validation results are displayed on the left side of the page:

  • Green messages indicate valid information;
  • Red messages indicate validation errors.

Errors are also highlighted directly in the table.

Make sure that all the information is correct and validated because You cannot continue until all validation errors are resolved.

After successful validation, click Import data.

After adding all the information on this tab, click on the Save button on the right side of the page.

3. Exporting Information
