Manage your managers

1. Become a Manager

When an organization is created in Acro Companion, one of its members is added as a manager.
This person is the owner of the email address that is provided to us.
They have complete access to organization management and can add new managers in the application.

If your club doesn't exist yet in Acro Companion, see here how to get it created

If you also need to be a manager of your organization you'll have to ask this person to add you as a manager.
They will require your email to complete this process.
After being added as a manager you'll need to sign up with this email in the Acro Companion application.

For additional information on how to sign up for Acro Companion please go to the "Registering" page.

If you're already a manager you can find information below on where and how to manage the managers of your organization.

2. Where to start

In the sidebar, with your organization selected, click "Managers".

Here, you can find all the managers of your organization.

3. Adding Managers

On the right side of the page, click the "+" button to add a new manager.

Fill in the details for the manager you want to add.

3.1 Functions

A manager can have 3 different types of functions, depending on the organisation type (Federation, Region, Club):

🏛️ Federation Responsible
The person responsible for managing the federation and can add, edit, or delete managers in regions and clubs. They are automatically added to all regions and clubs and receive notifications when clubs or manager requests are made.

🌍 Region Responsible
The person responsible for managing the region and can create competitions and clubs. When they create a competition they are added as the LOC for that competition.

👤 Manager
A person assigned specific tasks within an organisation (for example: competition administrator or judge). Managers can perform only the tasks explicitly assigned to them. Managers added for a competition may be removed automatically after the competition finishes to comply with GDPR.

3.2 Roles

In addition to the function a manager can have multiple roles, below you'll find a list of different access levels that a manager can have.

⚠️ The option(s) you select will determine the information this manager can access.

Federations / Regions

  • Full access: Give the manager full access to the organisation.

Once that email address is registered in the application, the line will change to white.
