Manage Tariff Sheets

You are participating in a competition that uses Acro Companion.

What do you need to do? How does the process work?

1. Register an Account

First, you must register an account on the Acro Companion platform if you do not already have one.

You can find instructions on how to register in this chapter

Make sure that the email address you use to register is the same email address you provided to the Local Organizing Committee (LOC).

2. Create a Tariff Sheet

Now that you are registered, how do you create a Tariff Sheet for a competition?

In the Create New Tariff Sheet dialog, you can select Tariff Sheet rights connected to a competition. In the example below, the user has two remaining rights for the MIAC competition.

IMPORTANT: Tariff Sheets created without rights granted by the competition cannot be submitted to that competition through the platform.

You can still download the Tariff Sheet as a PDF and send it by email if the competition allows this.

After selecting the correct program, level, category, exercise type, and gymnasts, and providing a name for the Tariff Sheet, you can create it.

3. Copy an Existing Tariff Sheet to a Competition

If you have already created a Tariff Sheet and want to submit it to a competition that uses Acro Companion, you can copy the existing Tariff Sheet.

In this video we show you how:

Open your Tariff Sheet and click the following button:

Then select the competition to which you want to submit the Tariff Sheet (competition right).

This will create a copy of the Tariff Sheet for that competition.

4. Submitting a Tariff Sheet

After you have finished entering all elements on the Tariff Sheet, verified that all information is correct, and checked any special requirements, you can submit the Tariff Sheet using one of the action buttons on the creation page.

5. Submission Deadline for Tariff Sheets

All Tariff Sheets must be submitted before the deadline defined by the LOC.

If you have created Tariff Sheets but have not yet submitted them, you will receive an email listing those Tariff Sheets before the submission deadline:

  1. To submit a Tariff Sheet, click one of the links in the table. You will be redirected to the corresponding Tariff Sheet page.
  2. Then click on the <bSend Sheet" button and "Submit".

If any Tariff Sheet given to you for a competition has not yet been created, this same information will follow in the email:

  1. To create a Tariff Sheet, click on the email button. You will be redirected to the create a sheet page.
  2. Fill in the Tariff Sheet information and click the Create Tariff Sheet button.
  3. Add all elements that will be performed. Do not forget to complete any missing information in the right sidebar.
  4. To submit the Tariff Sheet, click the Send Tariff Sheet button and then click Submit.

6. Viewing the Status of a Submitted Tariff Sheet

After submitting a Tariff Sheet, you may want to know whether it has already been reviewed or whether changes have been requested.

To check the status, open the load screen and select a Tariff Sheet associated with a competition. You will see the different versions of the Tariff Sheet and their status.

This allows you to see whether the Tariff Sheet has been submitted successfully, approved, or returned for changes.

You can view and reload all previous versions. However, only the non-submitted version can be modified and resubmitted.

You can also use the notification system.

If one or more of your Tariff Sheets have been returned, you will receive a notification. Open the notification center by clicking the bell icon near your name.

You will then find a notification containing the returned Tariff Sheet(s) and the comments provided by the judge who reviewed them.

7. Resubmitting a Returned Tariff Sheet

Before you can modify a returned Tariff Sheet, you must load the adaptable version of that Tariff Sheet.

You can do this by clicking the following button:

This will load the version you can adapt.

After making your changes, please describe what was changed in the comment field and submit the Tariff Sheet again to the competition.

8. Editing a Submitted Tariff Sheet

You can modify a Tariff Sheet and resubmit it to the competition before it has been approved.

Once a Tariff Sheet has been approved, you must first load the adaptable version.

You can do this by clicking the following button:

This will load the version you can adapt.

After making your changes, please describe what was changed in the comment field and submit the Tariff Sheet again to the competition.
