Before configuring the judges panels, make sure that you have read and met all the requirements presented in the Introduction chapter, especially in the Administration Information and Requirements subchapter.
In the sidebar, select your competition and click Administration.
If you don’t see this option, you may not be a manager for this competition.

To view and edit panel compositions, first make sure that all competition zones and sessions have been created. Then:

The amount of panels displayed on this page is configured in the General tab.
Any Changes made to the panel configuration in the General are automatically reflected in this table.

In the Panels Composition tab, you can define how many judges are assigned to each role per session and panel.
You can also use the Adapt all session-panels simultaneously option to apply the same number of judges for each role across all sessions and panels within the selected competition zone.
After adding all the information on this tab, click the Save button
on the right side of the page.
The Judges tab allows you to add, edit, or remove judges from the competition.

If using membership registrations, importing will automatically fill the judges table.

The Judges Panels tab allows you to assign judges to specific roles on each panel.

button adds the selected judge to the same role on all panels within the currently selected competition zone.
